At the Garibaldi House, the wellbeing and health of our team members and guests has been and continues to be of utmost importance. Considering COVID- 19, we strengthened our health and safety procedures to ensure our hotel is cleaner than ever. As regulations shift, we will continue to evolve these processes in accordance with government guidelines.
Below please find our updated wellness procedures.
Team Member Training: As we continue to monitor the ever-changing situation, we are working closely with our team to ensure that best practices are followed to protect our guests and employees.
Arrival procedures: Prior to arrival, guests will receive a text message outlining our wellness policy and reduced contact, check-in procedure and cleanliness processes. Please note, we require contact tracing information for all guests.
Social Distancing: We enforce social distancing measures in our lobby and throughout public use areas. In addition, our team members will wear mandatory face coverings and are requiring our guests to wear face masks in call common areas of the hotel. Please be respectful of our team and guest's personal space upon entering the property.
Antibacterial Stations: Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes are available throughout the property for guests and staff. Feel free to use liberally.
Grab & Go Breakfast: While our breakfast buffet is suspended, we will provide our guests with a premium grab-and-go breakfast options during the duration of your stay.
Housekeeping modifications: To maintain the safety of our housekeeping team and staff, we will not be offering stayover cleaning service. If you need a change of towels or sheets, please contact the front desk via phone or text message.
Temporary Closure of Public Areas: Our pool, hot tub and sauna is closed until further notice.
Flexible Cancellation: Our cancellation policy continues to be 24-hours prior to arrival, and we ask that guests kindly cancel reservations if they are showing any symptoms of illness.
